Welcome to the Infant's Summer Camp class!

Miss Linda

Title: Teacher, Assistant Director
Education: Child Care Professional Certificate,
12 credit hours in ECE from Harper College

I have worked with children since 1996 and obtained
my Child Care Professional Certificate in 1998.
I have been a lead teacher since receiving my
certificate.

I have worked with all ages, mostly two year olds and
older. Over the past two years I worked in an infant
classroom. I have also taken Early Childhood courses
at Harper College and am currently pursuing my Bachelors
in Education, online through the University of Phoenix.

I have a three year old daughter, Gabi, who is here at
Today's Child with me. In my spare time, I enjoy spending
time with my family and friends along with gardening,
camping and music!

Miss Laura

Title: Teacher
Education: Senior at Hope College
Majoring in Special Education

My name is Laura Hargrove. I began attending Today's
Child when I was 18 months old and continued attending
through elementary school. I have many fond memories
of Today's Child and am happy to be back as a staff
member.

I am a graduate of Palatine High School. I recently
completed my junior year at Hope College in Holland,
Michigan. I am majoring in Special Education; learning
disabilities. Since I was 12, I have had many
experiences working with children of all ages through
babysitting, volunteering with the children's ministry
at my church, and experience at schools and daycares.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family
and friends. I also love being outdoors. My favorite
outdoor activity in kayaking. I also enjoy taking my
dog for walks, swimming, and going on bike rides.
In addition, I enjoy taking pictures, laughing really
hard, and eating ice cream.
